Florian Klett

Florian combines experience in management consulting, tech startups and data-driven innovation with a passion for building digital products that create real value.
After helping grow the consulting company thaltegos as a shareholder until its majority acquisition by the Serviceplan Group in 2023, Florian co-founded Chargylize together with Dr. Annette Klett-Steinbauer and Dr. Michael Wolff. For more than a decade, he has helped companies make better decisions in electric mobility through data, analytics and AI.
His focus is on turning innovative technologies into practical solutions that deliver measurable value for businesses and drivers alike.

Annette combines more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, specializing in data analytics and artificial intelligence, with one clear belief: the best decisions are made when data provides clarity.
After co-founding the consulting firm thaltegos, which became majority-owned by the Serviceplan Group in 2023, she co-founded Chargylize together with Florian Klett and Dr. Michael Wolff. Their vision was to make decisions in electric mobility simpler and more confident through real-world mobility data.
She is driven by a passion for making complex topics easy to understand and giving people and businesses the confidence to make informed decisions.
As a former national snowboard athlete and gold medalist at the 2003 Winter Universiade, determination, teamwork and perseverance continue to shape her work—and her enthusiasm for exploring new paths.

His project experience across the automotive, manufacturing and utilities sectors provides the analytical foundation for data-driven solutions in electric mobility.
